How To Use

You can use the dried mushroom mix in soups, sauces or to make a delicious gravy.


Or, simply re-hydrate and cook the same way you would fresh mushrooms.


1) Place your dried mushrooms in a bowl.
2) Add 2 cups of boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes.
3) Now they are re-hydrated you can cook with them.
* The left-over water can be used to flavour soups, sauces and gravies.

to make gravy

1) Place your dried mushrooms in small pot.
2) Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
3) Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3) Strain out mushrooms and thicken by adding flour, or arrowroot powder.
