Simply add 1 tbsp. (5g) of lion’s mane mushroom powder (per person) into your smoothie and blend.
Stove Method: Add 1 tbsp. of powder per 1 cup (250ml) of water and steep in a pot by simmering for 5-10 minutes. Avoid letting the water come to a complete boil.
French Press: Add 1 tbsp per 1 cup of hot water and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and serve.
Sprinkle lion’s mane powder in your favourite recipes to taste. Start with 1-2 tbsp and add more if you require more flavour. Can be added to soups, pasta sauce, stir fry and even works well on salads.
