Any product returned within 30 days of delivery in its original, unopened packaging qualifies for a full refund — no questions asked. This includes grow kits, spawn bags, liquid cultures, agar plates, and all other items.
Opened Grow Kits & Spawn — Not Eligible
Once a grow kit or spawn bag has been cut open, it cannot be returned. Growing outcomes depend on your environment, cleanliness, and care — results vary. That said, if you believe you received a defective product, contact us with photos and we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Food Products — Quality Guarantee
Coffee, mushroom powders, tinctures, and capsules can be returned even if opened, provided there is a quality issue such as off taste, contamination, or damage. Contact us with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
Contamination or Mold Before Opening
If a kit or spawn bag arrives with visible contamination or mold before you open it, contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement including shipping costs at no charge to you.
How to Start a Return
Email info@naturelion.ca with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, and photos if applicable. We respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.
