Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. Every order ships free from our facility in Brantford, Ontario — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within Canada takes 3-7 business days via Canada Post. Delivery times vary by location and may be longer for remote areas.
Live Products
Spawn, liquid cultures, and other live products require special handling to ensure viability on arrival.
- Live products ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
- During summer months, shipments include a cold pack to maintain safe temperatures.
- Orders placed after Wednesday will be held and shipped the following Monday.
Packaging
We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. Live products are shipped in insulated packaging to protect against temperature fluctuations during transit.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your package on the Canada Post website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@naturelion.ca as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
