Nature Lion Inc offers mushroom growing supplies, functional food products, and private label manufacturing services. We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate to the best of our ability. However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to natural variation in biological products, photography, and screen display differences.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product available for purchase.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping

• We ship within Canada to all provinces and territories.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our facility in Brantford, Ontario.
• Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
• The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Nature Lion Inc is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns on unopened, non-perishable products within 30 days of delivery.
• Live cultures, grain spawn, and perishable items are non-returnable due to their biological nature.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@naturelion.ca with your order number.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

6. Growing Products Disclaimer

Mushroom cultivation involves biological processes that are influenced by many factors including temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and technique. While we provide high-quality spawn, cultures, and growing supplies along with guidance and instructions:

• Growing results may vary depending on environmental conditions and cultivation practices.
• Nature Lion Inc is not liable for growing outcomes, including failed colonization, contamination, or lower-than-expected yields.
• We provide guidance and resources to help you succeed, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

7. Health Disclaimer

Nature Lion Inc mushroom products, powders, and functional food products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on our website is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
