How to Use

Mix grain spawn into supplemented hardwood sawdust at a 10–15% rate by weight. Chestnut mushrooms perform best on hardwood-based substrates with added bran supplementation. Pack inoculated substrate into grow bags and allow full colonization at 21–24°C. Once colonized, lower temperatures and introduce fresh air and humidity to trigger pinning. Chestnuts fruit in attractive clusters with coppery-brown caps.
