How to Use

Storage & Shelf Life

Refrigerate your lion's mane liquid culture syringe at 2-8°C until ready to use. The culture stays viable for several months under proper storage, but we recommend using it within 60 days for the strongest growth. Bring the syringe to room temperature before inoculating.
