BRUSH-07 is a Nature Lion proprietary shiitake isolate selected for its thick caps, deep cracking pattern (donko-style), and excellent flavor profile. This jar gives you lab-isolated genetics in a format designed for repeated sterile draws across large production batches. Made in Canada at our CFIA-licensed facility in Brantford, Ontario.

How to Use
Draw culture through the self-healing injection port using a sterile syringe. One 200ml jar provides enough culture to inoculate a full production run of grain jars or grow bags.
- Wipe the injection port with isopropyl alcohol before every draw
- Use a sterile 18-gauge needle and syringe
- Inject 2-5ml per grain jar or spawn bag
- Swirl the jar gently before drawing to ensure even mycelium distribution

BRUSH-07 is a Nature Lion proprietary shiitake isolate selected for its thick caps, deep cracking pattern (donko-style), and excellent flavor profile. It performs well on supplemented hardwood sawdust and produces the premium-grade mushrooms that command the highest prices at market. This strain bridges the gap between the warm-weather 3782 and cold-weather 3790 strains.
