How to Use
Draw culture from the jar using a sterile syringe through the self-healing injection port. Each 200ml jar provides enough culture to inoculate a large number of grain jars or grow bags, making it far more economical than individual syringes for production runs.
- Sterilize the injection port surface with isopropyl alcohol before each draw
- Use a sterile 18-gauge needle and syringe to withdraw the desired amount
- Inject 2-5ml into each grain jar or spawn bag, depending on volume
- Shake the culture jar gently before drawing to distribute mycelium evenly
