How to Use

Mix grain spawn into hardwood sawdust substrate at a 10–15% rate. Turkey Tail grows naturally on hardwood and performs well on oak, maple, and birch sawdust blends. Pack inoculated substrate into grow bags and colonize at 21–24°C. Turkey Tail fruits as thin, colourful, shelf-like brackets on the substrate surface. For biomass production, many growers harvest the fully colonized substrate itself, as the mycelium contains high concentrations of beneficial compounds.
